Mastering Critical Conversations
Have the confidence to hold critical conversations even when the stakes and emotions are high.
In sport, we are often faced with difficult conversations
When stakes are high, emotions are running high, and there are differing views, it can be difficult to know how to approach these conversations in a way that is productive and respectful. When we avoid these conversations, or when we handle them poorly, we risk escalating the issue, eroding trust, and damaging our reputation.
